No complaint, the hotel met what was needed. Had a really good stay with my 10 months old daughter, we spent 5 nights here, everything was perfectly fine. I found the staff really helpful. It took only 10 minutes to walk to Palolem bus stop.

loved our time here. by and large, it was wonderful base for sightseeing in palolem, had much fun and met incredibly nice and well-trained staff who know how to communicate and are trained in customer service. location: the hotel was just next door to local buses and palolem and patnem beach. dined at fern's, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

The location was a couple of kilometers off the beach, which made it feel more authentic. The cleanliness of the residence was impeccable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. this residence provided us with everything we needed for a low cost and effective stay in this beautiful location.

The stuff was polite and good, so I would stay here again. The location was particularly good and great for exploring this fairly quiet area, just off local buses, and shops. Plus, the hotel was situated just a short walk away from Neptune Club.

I had a wonderful stay at CG Apartments in Patnem. The property is a hidden gem, nestled on a quiet side road just a short distance from both Patnem beach and Palolem beach. The cleanliness of the hotel is unmatched in all of India, and everything in the fully equipped apartment worked perfectly. The staff, especially Ritu, were friendly and helpful, even arranging a scooter rental for me. It truly was the best of both worlds!

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The hotel's decoration was charming and tastefully done, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for senior people like me to navigate around. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility features, such as ramps and handrails, made it convenient for older guests to move around safely.

The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is to have more attentive and knowledgeable staff. It would be wonderful if the children working there could provide better assistance and information about nearby attractions or organize activities suitable for older guests.

I stayed at CG Apartments for a relaxing August getaway. The apartment was quiet, clean, and had excellent air conditioning. It was conveniently located between Putnam and Palolem, with easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The rooms were well equipped and the hotel provided scooters/rickshaws for short trips. a great find for couples looking for a peaceful retreat with the option to explore the area.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

I had an exceptional stay at Crystal Goa Residence. The moment I entered the apartment, I was greeted by a cool and pleasant atmosphere thanks to the AC. The spaciousness of the apartment easily accommodated my family of four. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bed linen was of excellent quality. I was delighted to find a well-equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge, allowing my wife to cook delicious meals during our stay. The apartment's location was convenient, within walking distance to Palolem and Patnem beaches, with good eateries nearby. Ritu, the host, took excellent care of our needs. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
